Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Analyst to directly assist the CEO in driving strategic initiatives, optimizing operational efficiency, and enabling data-driven decision-making. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the leadership team and gain exposure to various facets of a fast-growing organization.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Support:

- Assist the CEO in developing and executing business strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
2. Data Analysis and Insights:

- Analyze business performance data and provide actionable insights.
- Monitor key metrics to track progress against organizational goals.

- Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Facilitate communication between the CEO and various teams.

- Manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for the CEO.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite – Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
