Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager with a strong background in B2B sales to drive business growth by building and maintaining partnerships with enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and a good understanding of the Renewable industry or the EV ecosystem or related industries.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Identify, engage, and convert potential enterprise clients into long-term partnerships.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in corporate, industrial, and institutional sectors.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to deliver maximum value.
Market Development:
- Identify new market opportunities and create strategies to penetrate them.
- Represent Zenergize at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align offerings with market demands.
- Provide feedback on customer requirements and market trends to inform product development.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Track and report sales performance metrics.
- Prepare sales forecasts and develop action plans for underperforming areas.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the EV, renewable energy, or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics.
- Deep understanding of the Indian market and B2B dynamics.
