Job Description:
Zenergize is India’s first and only 100% indigenous EV charger manufacturer, revolutionizing the electric vehicle charging ecosystem. From design to production, all hardware and software components are developed in-house, offering unparalleled control, customization, and efficiency. Responsibilities:
The Quality Control Head will oversee and manage quality control processes for Zenergize’s power electronics products, including EV Chargers, Grid Tie Solar Inverters, and Motor Controllers. Key responsibilities include:
1. Incoming Quality Control (IQC):
- Ensure the right materials are received and comply with quality standards.
- Verify proper storage of electronic components to maintain quality.
2. Process Quality Control:
- Oversee quality in PCB assembly processes for both SMD and Through-Hole Technologies.
- Monitor and control quality in mechanical fabrication processes, including:
- Sheet Metal Fabrication
- CNC Machining
- Painting, Welding, and Other Mechanical Processes
3. Quality Control for Testing:
- Supervise the testing of PCBs, ensuring immediate and field-operation failures are minimized.
- Oversee the testing of power electronics products as per their Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with detailed documentation.
4. Final Quality Control:
- Conduct random testing of samples before dispatch.
- Maintain thorough documentation for all tested products.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in quality control in the power electronics manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of PCB assembly, testing, and mechanical fabrication processes.
- Software tools for quality control
Key Objectives
- Improve PCB assembly performance by reducing rejection rates during testing.
- Ensure defect-free mechanical manufacturing processes.
- Achieve highly reliable power electronics product manufacturing through rigorous testing and quality assurance.
Compensation
- Competitive salary in the range of ₹15 LPA to ₹30 LPA, depending on experience, knowledge, and skills.
