Associate Product Manager

What You'll Do

As an Associate Product Manager, you'll turn customer requirements into buildable product variants and drive new products from concept to mass production, working closely with customers, engineering, QA, supply chain and sales.

• Customer solutions: Capture requirements from clients (EPCs, OEMs, CPOs, fleet and enterprise buyers) and translate them into custom configurations and product variants, working with engineering on feasibility and lead time.
• NPD tracking: Own the project plan for new products and variants through each stage: requirements → design → prototype → validation → certification → pilot → mass production. Track milestones, dependencies, risks and gate reviews across teams.
• Documentation: Write and maintain PRDs, variant specification sheets, engineering change requests, and product datasheets and manuals, with version control.
• Launch and handover: Work on pilot deployments and customer commissioning. Close the loop on field feedback, service tickets and RCAs into the product backlog.
• Reporting: Run weekly project reviews and publish status updates to leadership on schedule and risk.

What We're Looking For

• What we're looking for:
• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in product, project or application engineering roles in electrical/electronic hardware manufacturing. EV or solar experience is a plus.
• Working understanding of electrical/electronic hardware: able to read schematics, BOMs and test reports and discuss trade-offs with design engineers.
• Hands-on project management: building and maintaining schedules, running cross-functional reviews, and managing scope changes.
• Clear written documentation skills and comfort talking to customers directly.
• Strong with Excel/Google Sheets; exposure to Jira, an ERP or a PLM tool is a plus.
