Solar inverters carry an 8-year warranty, extendable up to 10 years. AC chargers carry a 3-year warranty. Both are backed by a service network that covers 40+ cities across India.
What Is Covered
Zenergize solar inverters carry an 8-year warranty from the date of installation, extendable up to 10 years. Zenergize AC chargers carry a 3-year warranty from the date of invoice. Both cover manufacturing defects, component failures and performance degradation beyond specified limits. The warranty is non-transferable and applies to products installed by authorised Zenergize service partners.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, physical damage, use outside specified operating conditions, or unauthorised modifications. Damage caused by grid surges, lightning or flooding is also excluded.
