Understanding Your Charger's LED Indicators
Your Zenergize AC charger has two LED indicators - a Logo LED and a WiFi LED. Use the table below to identify your charger's current state.

| Charge Complete | Green(solid) | Blue | Charging session finished |
| Fault Condition | Red(solid) | Blue | Fault detected, charging stopped |
| Power Cut / Off | Red→Grey | Grey | Battery backup active (~15 min), then shutdown |
| WiFi Disconnected | Grey | Grey | WiFi not connected |
Common Issues and Fixes
Charger shows solid red logo LED
Cause
Fault condition detected
Fix
Check the vehicle connection and cable. Restart the charger by switching off the MCB, waiting 30 seconds, then switching it back on. If the fault persists contact support@zenergize.in
WiFi LED is grey
Cause
WiFi disconnected
Fix
Check your router is on and the charger is within range. Reconfigure WiFi via the Zenergize app under WiFi Settings.
Charger is in idle state but won't start charging
Cause
Authentication required or cable not seated properly
Fix
Ensure the charging cable is fully plugged in. Authenticate via RFID card, mobile app or QR code as configured.
Logo LED stays orange for more than 2 minutes
Cause
Vehicle not responding or communication error
Fix
Unplug and replug the cable. Try a different authentication method. Contact support if the issue continues.
